Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30AM - 5:30PM / 11:00AM - 8:00PM (Schedule may vary based on business needs)

SPS Global is seeking a dependable and service-driven Client Services Associate to support daily mailroom, pantry, conference room, and workplace operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and providing professional service throughout the day.

What You'll DoMail & Package Operations
  • Receive, sort, track, and distribute mail and packages from FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon, and other carriers
  • Process deliveries and pickups while maintaining accurate tracking records
  • Respond to mail and package inquiries and follow established security and safety procedures
Workplace & Hospitality Support
  • Restock pantries and beverage refrigerators and maintain shared areas
  • Reset conference rooms and assist with meeting or open-space setups
  • Support additional workplace tasks and maintain clean, organized spaces
Customer Service & Team Support
  • Provide friendly, professional service and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Follow site and client procedures and support team coverage as needed
  • Participate in cross-training and contribute to team metrics and service goals

What You Bring
