Salary: $40,706 - $44,000 annually
Status: Full-Time / Monday -Friday

Position Overview:
Youth Outreach Services (YOS) is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our administrative office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, families, and visitors while providing clerical and administrative support to staff.

Office Assistant/Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, families, visitors, and community partners
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Process mail, maintain filing systems, and order office supplies
  • Prepare, copy, scan, and distribute documents and reports
  • Assist with expense reconciliations and petty cash tracking
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
  • Protect client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
  • Support agency quality improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous office, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
