As a Project Manager within the Hyve PMO, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning IT, manufacturing operations, and business systems. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery-from initiation through execution and close-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational and customer objectives.
Reporting to the Project Management Office, this role requires strong execution discipline, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while adhering to PMO governance and standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones that clearly define deliverables and success criteria
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives including IT systems, infrastructure, application implementations, and business/operational projects
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution across workstreams
  • Deliver clear, executive-level reporting including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates
  • Communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, functional leaders, and external partners
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making across IT, Operations, Business, and Leadership teams
  • Operate within the Hyve PMO framework, adhering to established project governance, methodologies, and reporting standards
  • Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project needs
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, RAID logs, and change records
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and delivery practices
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues
  • Lead structured change management activities, including stakeholder impact assessments, communication planning, and adoption support
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements
  • Lead and govern User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Partner with IT and business teams to deliver projects aligned to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Coordinate planning, build, testing, deployment, and transition activities for IT and system-driven initiatives
  • Support integration of new systems and enhancements into operational environments
  • Track project budgets, forecasts, and actuals
  • Manage allocation and utilization of internal and external resources
  • Ensure financial and resourcing impacts are clearly understood, communicated, and managed
  • Lead structured, outcome-driven workshops (e.g., planning sessions, requirements discovery, co-design or alignment workshops)
  • Translate complex requirements into actionable plans and clear communication for project teams
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25-50%) to support project sites

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex projects across IT, manufacturing, or business environments (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Advanced communication skills with experience interacting with customers, functional leaders, and executives
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms
  • Ability to travel as business needs require
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related project management certification
  • Experience in delivering IT initiatives aligned to SDLC
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25-50%) to support project sites
