Project & Operational Support
  • New job set-up across all departments (TPC Portal)
  • Contract and change order management (Owner & Vendor)
  • Service requests, overtime, and union-specific payroll actions
  • Prolog and Procore system management
  • IT requests and permissions
  • Daily Reports
  • Designated SIM (SWAC)

Financial & Payroll Functions-
  • ALMobile payroll administration for A-B Steamfitters, Plumbers, and Laborers
  • Expense processing (employee & American Express)
  • Check requests and certified mail
  • Requesting Target Money (Union 638)
  • Textura system approvals (Hudson Yards)
  • Union and Compliance
  • Union new hire packages
  • Tracking and updating union agreements (638 A&B, 740 Millwright, Local 1)
  • Managing sick/vacation requests
  • Handling union-related compliance documentation

Administrative Duties
  • Drafting letters and managing Zoom calls/meetings
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Supporting cross departmental coordination

Requirements:
