The Opportunity
The Office Coordinator provides administrative support for PAE staff by performing routine clerical, secretarial and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations of the office. Typical duties include answering and directing incoming calls, welcome visitors, providing customer assistance, maintaining supplies and equipment, and mail distribution. This role requires working onsite five days per week in our Portland office.

What You'll Do
  • Field phone calls and greet visitors providing a professional and welcoming office experience
  • Prepare outgoing mail; sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Provide general administrative assistance to various departments
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Coordinate office catering needs
  • Coordinate the setup and cleanup of meeting rooms and shared spaces; ensure kitchen/coffee areas are well-maintained
  • Assist with general onboarding requirements
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Maintain equipment check-out
  • Support internal and external in-office group events
  • Special projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We Offer
  • Hiring Base Salary Range: $45,300-$53,000annual
    • This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay

The base salary is one component of PAE's competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, employees are eligible for annual compensation reviews based on performance and business needs. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
