This role is ideal for an experienced leader focused on building high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. Adept at navigating high-stakes environments with strategic foresight and a hands-on leadership style, the ideal candidate would bring a unique blend of technical acumen and emotional intelligence to inspire innovation and deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise plant leadership on all HR-related matters, with a focus on manufacturing workforce dynamics.
  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that support production and operational objectives.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and aligning organizational goals with evolving market demands.
  • Oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing sites.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred
  • Professional certifications, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor relations, workforce planning, and compliance in a production environment.
  • Extensive expertise in compliance and risk management related to self-insured workers' compensation and employee benefit programs.
  • High level proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analytics.
  • Demonstrates strong business acuity with the ability to align HR strategies with manufacturing goals.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence and a people first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Robust project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Travel 40% plus additional as may be required by events, training, operations, etc.
