What does 'Office No Degree' mean in job postings?

'Office No Degree' typically refers to office-based jobs that do not require candidates to have a college or university degree. These positions often focus on skills, experience, and on-the-job training rather than formal education. Common roles may include administrative assistants, data entry clerks, customer service representatives, and receptionists. Employers may look for strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency with office software.
