Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.



  • Manage office supplies and inventory

  • Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records

  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support

  • Maintain financial records, including budgeting and expense tracking

  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents

  • Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks


Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software, Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Prior experience in office management or related field, Knowledge of payroll processes and budget management, Ability to supervise and lead a team
