Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while managing front desk responsibilities and supporting on-site security protocols. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and ensures a safe, welcoming, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace
  • Serve as the primary front desk contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
  • Monitor building access and enforce visitor check-in/check-out procedures
  • Maintain visitor logs, ID verification, and badge distribution
  • Coordinate with building management and/or security teams on safety and access protocols
  • Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and office logistics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards
  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, front desk, or administrative support
  • Experience handling front desk operations in a professional office environment
  • Familiarity with basic security procedures (visitor management, access control, badge systems)
