Job Description:
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating communication across departments, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Your role will include overseeing office supplies, facilities management, vendor relationships, and supporting company events. You will also assist with HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative support
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers
  • Organize company events and team-building activities
  • Maintain office supplies and facilities management
