About the Role The Office Manager serves as the first point of contact and creates a positive, professional first impression for consumers, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for ensuring the office operates efficiently by coordinating communications, scheduling appointments, managing administrative functions, and supporting daily office operations. The Office Manager provides clerical and administrative support to staff while maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, consumers, and incoming communications
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and relay information to appropriate staff members
  • Coordinate office communications and support efficient information flow throughout the agency
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
