The Dental Office Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring a smooth workflow, exceptional patient service, and efficient administrative processes. This role involves managing staff, optimizing scheduling and billing, ensuring compliance, and supporting the clinical team to deliver high-quality care.

Salary Range

Full-time $24 - $28 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Commission-Based Incentives: Receive additional compensation for successfully processing insurance claims, handling billing tasks, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8-4 pm
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
