Job description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who is passionate about taking care of their patients and their employees. As a leader of one of our busiest practices, your compassion and leadership will touch the lives of children, adults and your staff. From PPO to Medicaid clientele, you will be at the helm of a multi-million-dollar state-of-art practice.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Regional Manager with the day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflows and positive patient experience.
  • Ensure the office is fully prepared to provide comprehensive care across all specialties and coordinate effectively with clinical and administrative team members.
  • Support and guide patients by clearly explaining treatment options, financial responsibilities, and insurance benefits.
  • Supervise and reinforce accurate insurance verification and eligibility processes for all scheduled appointments.
  • Assist with the billing and claims process to minimize errors, prevent claim delays, and support timely reimbursement.
  • Monitor daily office performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with the team to achieve daily production and operational goals.
  • Support and coach team members to ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and established standards of patient care.
  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
