EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience required, preferably in a spa setting
  • Strong organizational and guest service skills; able to work efficiently under deadlines with attention to detail
  • Clear, positive communication skills for interacting with guests in person and by phone
  • Ability to identify and respond appropriately to emergency situations
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Skilled in managing challenging interactions with patience, tact, and diplomacy
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
