Office Cleaning Supervisor

Job Duties

  • Supervise office facilities cleaning, window and floor care personnel.  Communicate with the Manager regarding schedules and personnel issues.
  • Schedule, assign and supervise the work for office cleaning personnel.  Assist in hiring, training, and reviewing work performance of employees.  Inspect facilities to see that quality of work is maintained and to give direction where needed.
  • Communicate daily with General Maintenance Services Manager concerning supply needs, maintenance needs, and personnel issues.  
  • Contribute labor to various other tasks such as purchasing supplies or equipment from local vendors as needed and bringing equipment to vendors for repair

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in commercial and industrial cleaning and supervisory experience 
  • Good communication, supervisory and basic computer skills.
