IST Management is seeking our next Hospitality/Conference Room Office Associate to join the Boston team!
The Hospitality/Conference Room Office Associate will be responsible for providing Corporate Hospitality and Conference Room Managment, in addition to other support services on-site daily. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in hospitality or customer service, are willing to train, possess a level of professionalism, and are ready to grow in their office services career!

Hourly Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 USD
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conference Room Management - Set-ups and breakdowns for meetings, assist with food and beverage set up and clean up, arrange tables as needed, assist with catering orders when needed, ensure conference room cleanliness
  • Hospitality Services - Ensure site common areas including kitchen are well-stocked, maintained and presentable; includes taking inventory and ordering additional office and kitchen supplies, cleaning kitchen and common areas, making coffee, etc.
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Will be trained in Office Services roles, as well - Mail, Shipping/Receiving, Print Production
  • Ordering supplies
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Take direction from supervisor or site manager
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • A valid drivers license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
