ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2018 and lead a team of five, built on strong relationships, creativity, and a competitive drive to grow. Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent and grew up around the insurance world, as my father was also an insurance agent. I attended the University of Illinois, where I ran track, and I’m one of four brothers - family, teamwork, and healthy competition are a big part of who I am.
Outside the office, I enjoy traveling and staying involved in entrepreneurial projects. My brothers and I started a drinkware company, Frost Buddy, which has grown rapidly and reflects the innovation and hustle I bring into our agency as well. We stay connected to our community through chamber involvement and by hosting a golf outing that supports local high school sports.
For our team, we offer a 401k and health benefits after one year, a hiring bonus based on experience, and a variety of performance-based incentives. These include travel and trip bonuses, cash bonuses, and fun rewards like massage days, facials, golf outings, and an envelope challenge for life applications written in Q1. Our culture is energetic, goal-driven, and rewarding - perfect for someone who wants to work hard, have fun, and be recognized for their results.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mitch Mammoser - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
