Job Summary

Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric, the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America, is seeking self-motivated a Parts Office Associate for employment. We are seeking an experienced Parts Office Associate with a strong HVAC background to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HVAC experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist technicians and customers with identifying, sourcing, and ordering HVAC parts
  • Maintain and update inventory records accurately
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, returns, and vendor communication
  • Provide general office support including documentation, data entry, and phone support
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and professional communication
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient parts room operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience (required)
