Job description

National law firm is seeking to add a Healthcare Litigation/Regulatory Associate to its Dallas office. Associate in this position will be working in the Dental Service Organizations Practice Group that represents dental groups nationally, providing general counsel services, represent clients in transactions, and advise on various healthcare compliance and regulatory matters. Associates should have 2-6 years of either general litigation, healthcare litigation, or healthcare regulatory experience. This associate will represent dental practices in various early stage litigation matters, respond to Dental Board complaints (includes drafting written responses and making appearances before the Board), handle responses to state attorney general investigations, and work on the due diligence and healthcare regulatory aspects of M&A transactions along with the corporate team.
