Shift: Friday - Monday – Weekend

  • 6:00AM Start time (approximately 10 hour shifts)

Overview

The Warehouse Office Associate plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Under general direction, the Warehouse Office Associate provides fully proficient administrative support to managers and professionals, coordinates departmental projects, and prepares correspondence and reports. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Warehouse Office Associate also assists the General Manager and leadership team with scheduling, meeting planning, and small projects. This role also supports new associate onboarding, assists with hiring events, and performs general warehouse duties on the floor when administrative work is not in progress.

This position is ideal for someone with an operations and administrative background who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic logistics environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and professionals – Coordinate and work on departmental projects, compile reports and correspondence, and assist with various requests to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist with scheduling and planning business meetings and events – Manage conference room bookings, organize accommodations, and support logistics for meetings and small projects.
  • Perform general clerical and receptionist duties – Screen phone calls, greet visitors, distribute incoming mail, and maintain office supplies.
  • Review outgoing materials and correspondence for accuracy and compliance – Ensure documents conform to department procedures and obtain necessary clearances.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and retrieve information from files or staff – Direct requests to the appropriate personnel and provide timely information as requested to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support new associate onboarding – Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation logistics, and first-day set-up to help new Coworkers get up and running smoothly.
  • Support hiring events – Help maintain order and organization during on-site hiring events, direct candidates, and assist with check-in and flow.
  • Administer candidate screening – Conduct oral talk-through screens and coordinate drug screening for candidates as part of the hiring process.
  • Perform general warehouse duties – Work inbound and/or outbound on the warehouse floor as needed when not engaged in administrative tasks.

Education and Experience:

  • Level of Formal Education: High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 1
  • Type of Experience: Administrative experience, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment a plus.
  • Technical Competencies & Information Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs to support general warehouse duties as needed
  • Skills & Abilities: Ability to analyze data for optimizing processes, effective verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail

Language: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $19.00/hour to $22.00/hour, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, paid in accordance with the Incentive Plan terms and conditions.
