Burtness Chevrolet is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Orfordville. This part-time role is essential in supporting daily dealership operations and helping provide a smooth experience for both customers and team members.

What Youll Do:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist customers at the front desk, including taking and processing cash payments
  • Perform filing and maintain organized records
  • Scan and manage documents accurately
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned
