As a PCA or CNA, you'll help clients maintain their independence while providing compassionate support in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding when needed
  • Performing light housekeeping and laundry
  • Medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)
  • Accompanying clients on walks or appointments when needed
  • Monitoring changes in the client's condition and reporting concerns to the care team
