Job Description: Office Assistant
Mini Mops Office Assistant Job Purpose: Supports company operations by assisting with the maintenance and management of office, operational, sales, and safety systems.
Mini Mops Office Assistant Job Duties:

  • Maintains office services and efficiency by following office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; maintaining filing systems; procuring supplies and equipment; performing clerical functions.
  • Assists with handling client care and sales, including: on-site client estimates; client scheduling; client communication (by phone, email and traditional mail); client complaint resolution.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results; purchasing supplies and equipment; laundering reusable supplies.
  • Keeps executive management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Manages company safety program to remain in compliance with OSHA and insurance requirements, including: performing routine safety inspections; scheduling and running routine safety meetings and training; keeping safety program updated.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Represents company with membership in local networking organizations, including BNI, Fresno Womenโ€™s Network, Fresno County Womenโ€™s Chamber of Commerce, etc.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
