Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors
  • Answer phones
  • Accept incoming UPS/FedEx
  • Schedule compactor delivery & pick up
  • Schedule metal recycle
  • Maintain and restock kitchen
  • Make Coffee
  • Fax, copy and scan as directed
  • Maintain employee logs
  • Create shipping labels
  • Incoming & outgoing mail
  • Employee attendance
  • Open/close blinds
  • Employee files & folders
  • Assist with HR files
  • Assist with Safety meetings and files
  • Employee regulation board
  • Vendor files
  • General office duties
  • Assist with placing vendor orders
  • Qualifications:
