Job Overview:

Pay Range $35hr - $40hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Ability to perform SQL-based data validation and simple query writing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test cases.
  • Execute manual test cases and document test results.
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects through resolution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing support.
  • Validate application data using SQL queries and perform data analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Provide testing status updates and quality metrics to project teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
