Job description

We are currently looking for team-oriented, highly motivated, and energetic Team Members to join our Zaxby's family.

Team members will be given the opportunity to work in various fast-paced positions throughout the entire

restaurant which includes, but is not limited to, interacting with guests, taking orders, preparing & cooking food

and cleaning/maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Zaxby’s Front of House or Back of House Development Plan – online & hands-on training
  • Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
  • Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
  • Assist with the preparation of food
  • Maintain awareness of current promotions
  • Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
  • Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby’s brand
  • Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
  • Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system
  • Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts
  • Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment
  • Clean & maintain guest and work areas
  • Maintain equipment and informed management of maintenance needs
  • Stock paper goods, condiments, serve ware, and beverages
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders
  • Other work assigned
