Job description

Eat Offbeat is a team of talented refugees and immigrants with an unparalleled passion for the craft of cooking! We cook as much with our heart as we do with our hands.

We're hiring a Shawarma / Rotisserie Cook to run and support our vertical rotisserie program and Mediterranean/Middle Eastern prep and service. You ll be responsible for preparing proteins, operating the rotisserie safely, producing consistent portions, and keeping a clean, organized station. You will be trained by our experience head chef.

This is a hands-on kitchen role for someone who is reliable, works clean, and can execute in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in Shawarma (or Gyro / Doner) is required.
