We are seeking an experienced tow driver that enjoys helping others, solving problems, and providing ELITE customer service and guest experiences..
Our Roadside Assistance Technician will be a part of the initial service visit contact. Providing Emergency Roadside Assistance and towing when necessary. They will provide peace of mind to our customers and/or guests by identifying vehicle concerns and delivering necessary services to get them safely back on the road or their vehicle towed to our shop.
General job description:
  • Operate a full-size (medium duty capable) tow truck to assist our existing customers, guests, employees, motorists .
  • Service vehicles by providing fuel, performing jump-starts, providing lockout service, changing/inflating flat tires and/or towing vehicles to our dealership.
  • Ensure complete customer/guest satisfaction by providing ELITE customer service
    Overtime earning potential is possible.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to adhere to regular and punctual attendance.
  • Possess a valid state driver's license with minimal driving infractions/incidents.
  • Experience using tablets or electronic devices to update calls, review policies and procedures, document safety records, and complete other applicable duties.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers/guests and understand the need for providing ELITE customer/guest experience.
  • Ability to lift materials weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
  • Able to successfully complete drug screening, MVR, criminal background check, and DOT health screenings (pre-employment and ongoing).
  • Ability to service vehicles such as providing fuel, performing jumpstarts, providing lockout service, changing/inflating flat tires and performing tows.
  • Prior tow truck driver or roadside service experience is mandatory. Including the ability to safely operate a wheel lift, flatbed, dolly towing equipment, and related service equipment.
  • Minimum ability to lift materials weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
  • Work with frequent exposure to road hazards and temperature extremes. WIll spend a majority of time outside of a temperature-controlled environment.
