  • Oversee global transfer pricing policies and required documentation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and advise management on the international income tax consequences of legislative developments, including computational analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance tax models and processes for provision, forecasting, and compliance.
  • Serve as technical lead for audits/inquiries and special projects, including drafting/reviewing memos.
  • Own withholding tax processes for cross‑border payments/transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale tax processes.
Skills You’ll Need to Bring:

  • 6+ years of progressive international tax experience across public accounting and/or in‑house at a multinational, high‑growth company.
  • Hands‑on experience with preparing international components of quarterly and annual tax provisions.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. international tax rules (e.g., Subpart F, GILTI, FTC, BEAT and related international reporting concepts).
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting, internal controls, tax compliance and audits.
  • Experience partnering effectively across Accounting, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, manage complexity, and deliver high‑quality work in fast‑paced environments.
  • Public company experience.
  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
Nice to Haves:
