Our modular suite of business applications-covering everything from accounting and inventory to CRM and project management-works together seamlessly to support efficiency and growth.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of direct Odoo customers and serve as a trusted advisor throughout their customer journey. Your mission is to help customers maximize the value of Odoo by driving adoption, building long-term relationships, and helping them achieve their business goals. You will work closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive retention and renewals, and identify growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management, problem-solving, and helping businesses improve their operations through technology.

  • Drive product adoption and engagement through proactive outreach, strategic account management, and guidance on Odoo best practices
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer health, satisfaction, business outcomes, and long-term success
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks, driving customer retention, successful renewals, and billing and revenue goals
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional Odoo applications based on customer needs
  • Partner with internal Consulting, Support, Sales, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes
  • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and insights with internal stakeholders to help improve the overall customer experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, ERP, or another client-facing role
  • Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual: reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive, consultative approach
  • Interest in technology and business process optimization

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with implementation, onboarding, or customer lifecycle management
  • Experience working with SMB or mid-market customers
  • Additional language skills, particularly French, Spanish, or Dutch

Compensation and Perks:

  • Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA Matching, 401K Matching, and Commuter Benefits
  • PTO (Paid-time-off), paid sick days, and paid holidays
  • Employee Assistance Program: 3 X 1-hour telehealth calls with certified mental health professionals
  • $100 towards a work-from-home office setup
  • Evolve in a nice working atmosphere with a passionate, growing team!
  • Chef-prepared lunches - snacks, fruit, and coffee/drinks on tap!
  • Company-sponsored events for groups of 6+ employees

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location. Ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace where we learn from each other is core to Odoo's values. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives.
