Position Summary
The ERP/IT Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the company's Odoo ERP system and related business technologies. This role works closely with departments across the organization to optimize workflows, improve data accuracy, and support daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Odoo ERP platform.
  • Support and optimize ERP modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data management processes.
  • Manage integrations between Odoo and third-party applications.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
  • Maintain user access, security settings, and system documentation.
  • Provide general IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and business systems.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of ERP administration or implementation experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP required.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, inventory management, purchasing, and operations.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and API integrations preferred.
