  • Design, build, and launch landing pages and test variants directly in Replo

  • Develop and prioritize an ongoing A/B testing roadmap

  • Document insights, wins, losses, and learnings to build a repeatable testing system

  • Optimize post purchase conversion opportunities including upsells, order bumps, and on site email capture

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing

  • Hands on experience building pages

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, MDE, and conversion analysis

  • Ability to independently manage testing from strategy through implementation

  • Experience working with DTC ecommerce brands

  • Familiarity with key ecommerce metrics including CAC, AOV, LTV, and CVR

  • Strong written English and ability to work asynchronously in a remote environment

Nice to Have
  • Subscription ecommerce experience

  • Experience with Recharge, Klaviyo, or Octane AI

  • Experience optimizing quiz funnels

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
  • 8 to 12 experiments launched and analyzed
