To thrive in an OCONUS Rotation, you generally need relevant professional expertise, experience in international or deployed environments, and appropriate security clearances or certifications. Familiarity with communication systems, logistical software, and region-specific operational protocols is often required. Adaptability, cultural awareness, and strong problem-solving abilities are crucial soft skills for success in diverse and potentially challenging settings.
