We are seeking an experienced OCM Consultant to drive organizational change initiatives for ServiceNow adoption. The role focuses on ensuring smooth transition, improving user adoption, and minimizing resistance during transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive change management strategy for ServiceNow implementations
  • Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Conduct impact assessments and organizational readiness checks
  • Enable user adoption and support transformation initiatives

Required Skills:
