What You'll Do
OCLS' Spectrum program is a professional development program for assistant managers that requires travel to any library location throughout Orange County. The assistant's rotate locations throughout the county to learn from different managers, experience new communities, and learn about specific departments. The goal of the program is to provide assistants with growth and learning opportunities from diverse vantage points that will help them as a leader for OCLS.
You'll provide equal access to library materials, services, and events to people from all walks of life and interests. You'll assist in the management of staff, daily operations, special projects, and customer satisfaction while upholding the library system's mission and values in the pursuit of all duties.
