We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support high‑quality, patient‑focused care in an outpatient clinic setting serving our senior population.
About the Role:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician. This role includes assisting with patient assessments, performing clinical tasks, administering treatments as appropriate, and supporting daily clinic operations. The LPN plays a key role in delivering compassionate, coordinated care in a patient‑centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and clinic protocols.
