We operate across air, ocean, and intermodal transportation with a strong focus on compliance, operational excellence, and service reliability.
We are seeking an experienced Export Operations Manager to lead a high-performing export team handling international shipments across air, ocean, and intermodal environments. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced global logistics environment.
This is a working leadership position where you will manage people, processes, and performance while also stepping into shipments and escalations when needed to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. You will own end-to-end international export operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high service standards across all shipments.
What You'll DoRequirements
What We're Looking ForThis is an on-site role based in either Baltimore, MD or Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance of one of these locations. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.
This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced export operations professional who thrives in complex logistics environments and wants to remain close to execution while leading a team.
