JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and work directly with a James Beard Award–nominated chef and Food & Wine Best New Chef (2004) as we head into peak season.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and be part of a serious, professional kitchen.

We’re looking for someone who:
