What you will do:
As a Home Health RN you will deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and you will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
Who you are:
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
  • Licensed as an RN
  • Licensed by the California Board of Registered Nurses
  • Oasis charting experience preferred
  • Current CPT, Health clearance, completion of the Assisted Health Care
