Our Byline Garage client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mobility Specialist to support parking and mobility operations during events taking place at the nearby Providence Park Stadium.

Hours: Vary (part-time, on-call)

Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour

  • Ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and providing excellent service to guests.

  • Must be available for evening and weekend shifts, primarily aligned with Providence Park event schedules (soccer matches, concerts, and other events).

As a Mobility Specialist, you are the front-line representative of Metropolis Parking, serving as the face of our technology-driven parking experience. You will assist customers in navigating and enrolling in Metropolis’ parking technology while delivering courteous, professional service. This role requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Mobility Specialists also play a key role in ensuring compliance with parking policies, maintaining lot and garage conditions, and supporting the overall operations of Metropolis facilities. As we continue to expand our technology platform, this position offers strong growth potential for high-performing team members.


What you’ll do

  • Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service
  • Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed
  • Promote positive customer relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer service
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously
  • Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization
  • Issue parking violations in accordance with company policies
  • Document violations using company-provided mobile devices, including photo documentation
  • Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and common areas
  • Identify and report debris, spills, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
  • Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty trash receptacles as needed
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, oil changes, and minor upkeep
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Observe all safety protocols at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What you need  

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
  • Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android devices)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to six consecutive hours)
  • Ability to visually inspect vehicles and physically access all areas of garages and lots
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings

Salary Range: $19.00 per hour
