IVI RMA North America network of state-of-the-art fertility practices in the United States, is currently seeking a Field Medical Sales Representative/Physician Liaison to join our growing RMA of Utah practice!


The Field Medical Sales Representative / Physician Liaison plays a critical role in expanding IVI RMAโ€™s footprint within the medical community by building trusted, longโ€‘term relationships with referring providers. This is a highly visible, fieldโ€‘based position focused on driving referral growth through consultative partnership, clinical credibility, and a deep understanding of IVI RMAโ€™s differentiated fertility services.

Job Purpose:

The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for generating new referral opportunities with community physicians and ancillary clinical referral sources in assigned territory.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

  • Promotes and differentiates RMA fertility services and products to meet or exceed quarterly territory objectives. Responsible for increasing referrals from an assigned territory of professional customers including OB/GYNs, Nurse Midwives, Urologists, Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists and Oncologists. Generates new business opportunities by creating and leveraging relationships that enhance and differentiate RMAโ€™s offerings within an assigned territory.
  • Integrates into referring offices and will be seen as an extended member of the office offering value-add contact using a consultative selling approach. Provides weekly updates to leadership on activity, results, competitive analysis, market trends.
  • Uses branded marketing materials effectively and frequently to differentiate RMA products and services from other fertility providers.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with physicians, nurses, ancillary personnel, practice administrators in referring programs.
  • Manages database of referring physicians in territory. Exhibits expertise in use of Tableau.
  • Coordinates and implement territory initiatives (Physician lunches, dinner presentations, programs, value-add programs).
  • Attends local and regional conferences and events to promote RMA.
  • Manages resources effectively, process expenses in a compliant and timely manner.

Academic Training:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Marketing or other related field โ€“ required
    1. Studies level: University Education (Bachelor's Degree)
    2. Studies area: Marketing or other related field

Position Requirements/Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant sales, marketing, and/or account management experience.
  • Strong grasp of new technologies and business analytics tools and resources are required as well as the ability to analyze the territory, monitor sales performance, and review competitive trends and report to leadership.

Technical Skills:

  • Fluent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analytics tools.
