Locum Physician - Hospitalist - OB

Position Type: Locum
Specialty: Physician - Hospitalist - OB
Location: Redwood City, CA
Shift: 24-hour, In-House Shifts

Position Details:
Patient Population: Obstetric and Gynecologic Patients
Setting: Hospital-Based OB Hospitalist Program
Responsibilities: OB and GYN triage, labor and delivery management, obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, inpatient consults, and OB/GYN surgical coverage.
Required Procedures: Labor & Delivery Management, OB/GYN Triage, OB/GYN Surgery, Obstetric and Gynecologic Emergencies, Inpatient Consults
Support Staff: OB-GYN Hospitalists, Level II NICU Medical Director Support, Maternal-Fetal Medicine Support, Community OB/GYNs, and Nursing Teams
Days Per Month:
On-Call/Weekends: No Call; Weekend Coverage Required

Submission Requirements:

  • Board Certified in OB/GYN
  • Active California Medical License
  • California DEA
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
