Their duties may include scheduling appointments, taking patient histories, preparing patients for procedures, assisting during skin exams, and handling specimens for laboratory analysis. They also help with minor surgical procedures, educate patients on skincare routines and post-treatment care, and ensure that medical records are updated accurately. This role requires a mix of technical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to provide quality care to dermatology patients.
