Job description

Join a respected private OB/GYN group with four offices across the Atlanta area. Our practice has served its community for more than 60 years and is a member of one of Georgia's largest premier independent OB/GYN groups with 14,000+ deliveries last year. We are seeking one full-time OB/GYN physician to join our team.

Why Private Practice, and Why Us

  • Real ownership: A clearly defined partnership track with eligibility in 3 years, terms transparent from your first conversation, and a production-based bonus structure.

  • Ancillary income as a partner: Shareholders participate in revenue from group-owned services, including mammography, laboratory, and ambulatory surgery center. This is an income opportunity other systems simply don't offer.

  • Clinical autonomy: Practice the way you trained. Clinical decisions are made by physicians, not a corporate administrator.

  • Independent, but never alone: Membership in one of the state's largest physician-owned groups brings stability, resources, and collegiality, while our practice keeps its own identity and culture.

Practice Highlights

  • Join a collaborative team of 14 OB/GYN physicians (12 full-scope, 2 GYN-only) and 9 certified nurse-midwives (CNMs).

  • Integrated CNM model: Our CNMs collaboratively manage low-risk obstetrics and routine GYN care, so physicians practice at the top of their license and focus on complex obstetrics and surgery.

  • Deliveries: 130-160 per month as a group.

  • OB/GYN mix: 50/50.

  • Schedule: 4-day typical work week.

  • Call: 1:11, supported by OB hospitalist coverage. Post-call day off.

  • Locations: 4 modern office sites with advanced EMR and established management protocols.

  • Stable, respected, award-winning private group with strong patient demand and a leading position in the Atlanta women's health market, where new physicians build full panels quickly.

Position Details

  • Role: Full-scope OB/GYN physician.

  • Work-Life Balance: Designed for a sustainable, lifestyle-friendly routine so you can focus on patient care.

  • Requirements: Board-certified or board-eligible MD in obstetrics and gynecology.

  • Culture: Family-oriented environment focused on high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

  • Partnership eligibility in 3 years with production-based bonus structure.

  • Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, STD, LTD.

  • Company paid Life Insurance.

  • Malpractice premiums paid.

  • CME allowance.

  • 20 days PTO for vacation or CME.

  • DEA and Medical License fees paid.

  • ACOG and ABOG dues reimbursed.

Hospital Affiliations

We deliver primarily at Northside Hospital Atlanta, the highest-volume delivery hospital in the nation, with a Level IV maternal Center, Level III NICU, state-of-the-art surgical suites, access to the da Vinci robotic surgery, and beautifully equipped patient facilities. We also deliver at Northside Hospital Forsyth, supported by an OB hospitalist team for evening and weekend coverage.
