• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish a trust-based rapport.
• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and therapeutic journeys.
• Provide ongoing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using effective therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse mental health conditions.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring adherence to privacy protocols.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and professional development activities to sharpen skills and enhance service delivery.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Heartfelt Insights Counseling, you will work with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to affective disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and addiction issues. Our approach emphasizes trauma-informed care, ensuring that each client is treated with dignity and respect while promoting their emotional resilience and recovery.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy in mental health contexts.
• Proficient in utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, essential for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
