• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments, creating individualized therapy strategies for each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of issues, delivering counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to best support clients' needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care for clients, utilizing case consultations to address complex client situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring transparency and accountability in client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and trainings to remain informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Alliance Psychotherapy Services, you will serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources. You will work with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues, ensuring that your interventions promote healing and restoration.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical issues in counseling practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from varying backgrounds.
• A proven ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams, demonstrating a team-oriented approach.
• Technical proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth platforms.

• Specialization in family therapy, trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or substance misuse interventions is highly desired.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competence in therapy.
