As a remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient office supports a multitude of technologies to ensure seamless communication and documentation, including secure telehealth platforms for conducting virtual sessions. • Conduct personalized, evidence-based therapy sessions, utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques, family systems therapy, and solution-focused approaches tailored to the specific needs of clients and their families.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel safe and understood as they navigate their personal challenges.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and other professionals to enhance care coordination and ensure continuity of care.
• Document client progress meticulously, incorporating essential notes and assessments in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Regularly participate in supervision and staff meetings to discuss case management, therapeutic strategies, and professional development.

The clients you will serve range from individuals coping with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, to families seeking to strengthen their communication and dynamics. As a licensed therapist, your insights will guide families through various life transitions, fostering resilience and healthy coping mechanisms.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field.
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license in Tennessee.
• Solid clinical skills with a thorough understanding of diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage and support a diverse clientele.
• Detail-oriented mindset paired with strong organizational skills to manage client records and treatment plans effectively.

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with marriage and family issues.
• Experience with telehealth services and digital documentation tools is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and familiarity with both individual and family therapy modalities.
