Job Description:
. 8+ years of experience as OAM developer
• Performance tuning OAM components as necessary to provide a stable environment.
• Expertise in monitoring and maintenance of OAM environments
• Expertise in API-based integrations
• Experience working in enabling coexistence with OAM 10g environment
• Expertise in Multi-Data Center setup with coexistence
• Expertise working with T2P and APS utilities
• Expertise in RSA integration for SecurID authentication
• Expertise in understanding and development of custom plugin's
• Excellent knowledge on DNS, Big IP and Firewall implementations
• Excellent knowledge on SSL certificates
• Expertise in identifying product issues and responding accordingly
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent knowledge on patching Web Logic, OAM and web gates.
• Experience working with Installation, Configuration, and Implementing the Oracle Identity Manager suite
• Experience with Provisioning and reconciliation processes
• Experience with OIM 10g, 11gR1, or 11gR2
• Experience with JAVA Development REQUIRED
• Experience in building business cases and performing business case analysis
• An understanding of the interdependencies between business and technical environments for identity provisioning, identity infrastructure, and authentication services
• Extensive experience in the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system, application software, security and other related problems that impact system and function availability to strategically design for the future
Optional Skills
• Experience with OOTB Connectors or building custom connectors
• Experience with creating custom Event Handlers
• Experience working with Adapters and automating workflows
