Essential Functions for the Position:
Provide timely, accurate, and effective customer service on a daily basis, answer all telephone calls within three minutes, input accurate customer trip booking information into computer scheduling system, negotiate trip times with customers, mark all denied trips and advance cancel trips, and schedule trips to runs when and where appropriate.
Special Knowledge & Skills:
  1. Must possess a good knowledge of the English grammar and communicate well orally or in a written format.
  2. Must have or be able to utilize telephone ACD system and queue system without error.
  3. Must have strong error-free data entry skills and knowledge of computer applications.
  4. Must have geographic knowledge of Oahu and good map reading skills.
  5. Must be able to complete repetitive tasks under time constraints, use good judgment and keep emotional composure, and take direction in a positive manner.

Education, Training & Experience:
  1. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent education.
  2. Experience with computers and other computer-related applications desirable.

Other Job Requirement & Conditions:
  1. Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully and work harmoniously with all levels of department and Company personnel and the general public.
  2. Must be able to pass a Company-sponsored drug test.
  3. Must have a positive attitude and sensitivity to disability issues.
  4. Must be willing to work flexible shifts.
  5. Must be able to sedentary-exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects while sedentary. Walking and standing occasionally.
