Alliances Director

As an Alliances Director, you will lead the strategic expansion and execution of o9's partner ecosystem across Tier-1 Global System Integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and EY. In this role, you will redefine how partner ecosystems operate by embedding AI into both your strategic go-to-market execution and the value propositions you build for partners. You will act as the primary catalyst for driving joint revenue, ecosystem co-innovation, and partner enablement.

What you'll do for us

Strategic Vision & Go-to-Market (GTM)

Drive Strategic Ecosystem Growth: Define and execute a multi-year alliance strategy that aligns o9's AI-driven platform with partner-led digital transformation practices.

Co-Develop Joint Value Propositions: Create compelling joint solutions, offerings, and go-to-market programs tailored to specific vertical and enterprise needs.

Pipeline Creation & Deal Orchestration: Lead end-to-end partner business development-from initial engagement and executive presentation to complex contract negotiation and joint deal execution.

Executive Relationship & Enablement

Nurture High-Level Alliances: Build and scale executive-level relationships across GSI practice leads, client leaders, and account managers.

Partner Enablement & Demos: Conduct high-impact pitch sessions, platform capability demos, and enablement workshops to build o9 champion networks within partner organizations.

Field Alignment & Co-Selling: Connect o9 field sales teams with GSI account executives to drive joint account mapping and co-sell opportunities.

AI-Driven Operations & Execution

AI-Assisted Partner Intelligence: Leverage modern Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, custom LLMs) to analyze partner strategies, draft business cases, build account-mapping frameworks, and accelerate pitch customization.

Automated Workflow Optimization: Apply AI prompt engineering and automation to streamline alliance administrative workflows, pipeline reporting, and market research.

What you'll have

Experience & Track Record

Total Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years specifically in Strategic Alliances, Partner Management, Management Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS Sales.

Supply Chain Expertise: A deep, proven background in supply chain management, integrated business planning, or process optimization is required.

GTM Leadership: Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-million dollar co-sell and joint GTM strategies with Tier-1 GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, etc.).

AI & Tech Capabilities

Hands-on GenAI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience utilizing Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to optimize daily business functions, write effective prompts, synthesize complex account data, and build partner collateral.

Tech-Savvy Operations: Familiarity with modern enterprise SaaS ecosystems, AI-driven enterprise planning solutions, and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).

Education & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Strategic Consulting Mindset: Ability to blend management consulting, technical credibility, and business strategy to craft clear, win-win alliance models.

Executive Presence & Communication: Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills tailored for C-suite and partner leadership.

This position at o9 Solutions has an annual salary range of $186,772-$256,812. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.**The above information reflects the expected base salary range, although the lower and upper bounds may vary based on location, skills, experience, certifications, licenses, or other relevant factors.
